Roles description: Evangelism Leader and assistant Leader –
The Evangelism Leader and assistant will oversee and drive all outreach efforts of the church, ensuring evangelism remains active and aligned with the church’s vision.

WHAT WE DO
Vision & Direction
- Develop a clear and simple evangelism vision.
- Set achievable outreach goals (minimum of 2 each month to a maximum of 3 . Delivered Saturday Mornings. )
- Encourage a culture of evangelism within the church

Planning & Coordination
- Organise outreach activities such as street evangelism, community engagement, and special events
- Schedule regular outreach opportunities.

Team Leadership
- Recruit and encourage volunteers
- Lead by example during outreach
- Assign simple roles to team members.
- Maintain clear and encouraging communication.

Training & Equipping
- Provide practical teaching on evangelism (conversation starters, sharing testimonies, presenting the gospel)
- Run short training sessions as needed

Follow-Up System
- Ensure all outreach contacts are followed up .
- Organise communication and invitations to church or small groups
- Work with leadership to integrate new people into the church

Prayer Emphasis
- Encourage prayer before and after outreach
- Build a small prayer support base on Fridays before outreach set day Saturday.
- Share testimonies to strengthen faith

Reporting & Communication
- Provide updates to pastoral and leadership team
